I’m skilled in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma focused therapy that uses bilateral stimulation of the brain and visualization to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and beliefs; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Gestalt; Internal Family Systems (IFS), a parts-based therapy; Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); and Mindfulness Therapy.
